This luxury home has a beautiful view of the beach, ocean, surf and coast line. Setting ideal for family gatherings or small group retreats, ideal for bible study groups or romantic get away.

It is not a party house. Renters are expected to conduct themselves with careful consideration of others. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 

It is ideal for no more than 10 adults and children total at all times.
